Development of apartments and houses approved for Grays site

PLANS for the development of 57 flats and 9 houses have been approved by the Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation.

The plans for the Motor Repair Depot Site in Wouldham Road, Grays were approved by the Development Corporation’s planning committee at a meeting today.

The plan consists of four one bed flats and 53 two bed flats at a maximum of six storeys.

The houses include seven three bed houses and two four bed houses with an overall provision for 89 carparking spaces, 12 visitor spaces.

There will also be 52 cycle parking spaces including 40 resident spaces and 12 visitor spaces.
