PLANS to upgrade a security fence and install security lighting and infra-red cameras around Tilbury Power Station have won the approval of the Thames Gateway Development Corporation.
At a meeting of the Development Corporation’s planning committee today proposals were discussed for a 4.6 metre security fence to be installed enclosing the inner area of the site.
In addition security lighting and infra-red cameras will also be installed.
