Morris is FULL TIME PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to McKinley at Westminster - many people wonder how he has ANY time to be a councillor too. He is a career builder - for self - as is his wife - Val - neither are good material for local councillors serious enough to really get the job done - as paid for. Also help their own network - very 'in-crowd' focused - meaning THEIR in-crowd'- real people don't exist - etc. Helped RICE a lot. Absolutely USELESS for challenging injustice and unfair orders from Westminster - Thurrock doesn't need their type - they will sip tea or port dunking biscuits - with anyone if it helps their own career path (i.e. own back pocket) MoleJensen.
