thought everyone knew all about Rice - he and his late father were THE most crooked of all - G.Rice works as a bed salesman at Lakeside - he also still runs his father's larks via Stiffoed Clays working men's club - cash in a bag under the counter to known contacts - gets you insider help at council - whatever your rank - it has been that way for over 40 years - so thats how he affords a house in Windsor Avenue. He also supports paedophiles - he recently tried to get a pervert off the police hook - by many references and approaches for the filth who was sent down for abusing little Scouts - aged under 11yrs. - he did all he could to help the pervert - but didnt win this time - but has managed to get perverts off the hook before. He isn't fit near kids interests - people know why. His own kind meet him at Orsett Golf Club - where he organises to swing contracts etc - within council - somehow he still knows the right insiders - it is all cash and backhand based. He is a good secret mate of Simon Black - head of recreation - Black was previously in Housing Surveys Dept - but there were too many unprovable doubts on dodgy contracts cropping up - but as no firm evidence could be fronted - he was moved sideways - he still carries on in that role - and is a big pull for Rice - Gupta - and the Diversity/TRUST rackets. He is totally useless at his job - kids can access any filth they want on councilinternet facilities - coz he says it is their recreation - so staff arent allowed to interfer. They all reference and employ dodgy consultants on full rate - who are not even qualified in anything - they only have to know any of the above and get signed on - which is why services are so bad in reality. They download and redistribute money in crafty ways - inservice training modules....of a totally useless nature - but eating up the cash we all pay in - departmentally it was made too easy by Rice-Labour - for personal greed reasons - and power insanity - he does think he is 'it'. He can sort land deals via contacts in Thurrock Gateway too - it is very well known how a piece of land in Stanley Road was acquired by 'someone' well known locally - for houses to rent deals - via Rice's introduction to a woman who also knew Dhillon and tried to get him secret deals too.
ReplyDeleteHer boss did note some of her moves - but she had good cash incentives to work behind his back and assurances from Rice brigade. Very little is fair here on those terms. - thats all for now - a Public defender.
Every honest person in Thurrock still feels that this man should be made to PAY BACK £25,000.00 he helped himself to from POLICE BUDGET FUNDS - on very feeble excuses aout why he did it - typical labour lout. Blair people didn't prove to be any better -now we get the worst chancer of all back - Mandelson. What is wrong with these people - dont they understand that they are PRIVILEGED to be elected to do a job - in a once respected position. GREED and Labour people seem to go hand in hand. Total posers - all of them - if Rice walks into a Cafe round here - decent people get up and walk away. I saw it happen myself. Police need all of the money allocated to them for teir official business - Labour Law allowed this excuse for a man to walk off with £25,000.00 for his own use - maybe it helped him to move house? That's what everyone says anyway. It still makes everyone really really angry. What an example to children and youth. (Matty).
